ShareVis’ Microsoft Office Plugins extends DocEx workflow with the ability to update header, footer, body, properties, and watermark in Microsoft Office 2003 and 2007.

Leverage the MS Office Plugins to:

• Insert/update SharePoint metadata into a document’s header and footer
• Inserte a Watermark with a partners company name before converting it to PDF and sending out to a partner for review
• Automatically update a document’s header/footer with relevant workflow infomation (e.g. date approved, completed by, etc.)

Workflow Definition Example

	The purple plugins interact with the document header properties at given points in the workflow. Once the plugins come into play, the meta-data referenced from SharePoint columns is deposited and update into the correpsonding header field. ShareVis provides monitoring and synchronization features that ensure that the plugins are properly synchronized.
