  • Email Approval - Designate a steps in the workflow to be approved via email, and the document or form in question will be attached to the notification email. Approval, rejection, or completion can be done by replying to the email with comments.
  • Automatic Approval - Specify a period of time that an assignment can be active, and once that period has elapsed, the system will automatically approve the assignment, noting that it was automatically approved.
  • Mobile Device Approval* - Approve or reject a task by replying to the email with a mobile device.
