The company was founded in 2005 by professionals with extensive experience in building PLM, Document Management, and Business Process Management software for the enterprise market. The emergence of SharePoint as a powerful collaborative platform has presented an opportunity for the ShareVis team to focus their expertise and efforts on the application functionality leveraging SharePoint for the infrastructure.
